Because of our strong Italian heritage, and our success with Sangiovese and Pinot Grigio for the last 15 and 8 years respectively, we were able to locate a top notch Dolcetto vineyard recently.  We could not resist adding this varietal to our Italian line up.

This deep purple wine is reminiscent of the better reds from northern Italy with its ripe, dark stone fruit and mature berry aromas with a touch of earthiness.  On the palate, this medium-bodied wine is thick with fruit and softer with structured tannins.  This well balanced Dolcetto finishes with long, pleasing flavors.
