Our goal, when we were able to source some outstanding Orange
Muscat grapes, was to make a classic dessert wine with a sugar acid
balance similar to the great dessert wines from France.
The aromas all but explode out of the glass when pouring,
exhibiting apricot, orange zest, clove, honey and exotic
spices. The flavors follow with added hints of ripe quince
and tamarind. This rich sweetness is balanced nicely by the
acied and alcohol, with flavoors lingering long after the
wine is tasted.
